I was listening to a podcast interview with Anne Applebaum the other day. After scaring the holy sh*t out of me she concluded with the statement: Joy is a form of resistance. That landed deep in my soul. You my friend are a part of that joy and I thank you.
You are part of my joy too and I’m so glad were are here together, sharing art and joy and resisting the hell out of what needs to be resisted. “joy is a form of resistance.” I need to say that the first thing every morning.
I am a total believer there are spirits around us at all times. People are just to active and noisy to realize it. Once they slow down - sit down and just listen - they will be amazed at what they feel hear and possibly see.
