The DC Panda Cub classes of 2013, 2015, and 2020 All Celebrated Their Birthdays Last Week

I’ve been a little silent these last two weeks, what with finally delivering, opening, and collapsing from my solo exhibition at The Rob Schouten Gallery this month. It still has a week to run, so if you are in the Whidbey Island/ Seattle-ish area, I hope you’ll hop on a ferry and see it. I have some posts in mind about the economic realities of being a full time working artist, but right now, I’m basking in the joy and hope from the DNC Convention. I know, right? Who’d a thunk?

But now, we have a little panda-style celebrating to do!

In honor of Pinky, Bubba, and Bikkie’s birthdays (aka Bao Bao, Bei Bei and Xiao Qi Ji) here are some of my favorite ‘toons celebrating them!

Oddly, Pinky appears in almost every ‘toon with her brothers! I don’t know how that happened!
