Try to ignore our current reality

Our current reality is that Mei Xiang has left the building, along with hubby Tian Tian and bouncing 200 pound baby Xiao Qi Ji (aka Bikkie) But when I wrote this back in 2019, before Bikkie was even a gleam in…um…a test tube, I wasn’t thinking about the pandas actually leaving.

I’m trying to ignore all the pundits talking about the return of you know who, and the end of that silly democracy experiment and just think about more pandas. Pandas! That’s the ticket!
